ONLINE STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

 

This monthly strength training program is designed for paddlers to improve their strength for paddling. Land workouts are created using equipments you have at home or at your gym. (If you are interested in general online fitness program, please note in comment section.)

A four week training program will be developed based on your answers below. Please fill out questionnaire.

When selecting frequency, please be realistic with time, so you can fully commit to the selected plan.

At home training: please list all equipment you have at home.

If you have any injuries / limitations, please list all of them in the comments section.
